This proposal is based upon actual cost plus 6% (Six percent) of service fee and cover the complete process of recruitment selection, hiring, medical, insurance, payroll management and whatsoever herein after specified: |

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS |
 |
(B1) manpower.com.bd will undertake to perform the following functions : |
| |
a) Developing prospective candidates for the jobs.
b) Screening, interviewing, testing and evaluating candidates for final selection.
c) Arranging pre-employment, medical check for those selected candidates of whom a check is required.
d) Managing housing/camping/catering to workers including such amenities as full furnishing sleeping quarters, toilets, recreation areas, etc.
e) Transporting workers from housing compound to designated work-site back to their housing compound in accordance with schedule working hours or as required.
f) Administering payroll and follow up compensation and facilities in accordance with Labour Law :
f-1 To arrange workmen's compensation insurance with the workmen's compensation fund of the Bangladesh Labour Department.
f-2 To provide such facilities and services as first-aid and emergency medical care.
f-3 To pay compensation to workers in case of termination of employment.
f-4 To grant sick leave when it is deemed necessary by certified physician.
f-5 To provide safety appliance as required by notification of Ministry.
g) Performing all administrative work directly related to the scope of work |

(B2) |

manpower.com.bd will provide personnel to assist in the construction of the project. The personnel will remain with and as manpower.com.bd employee and will work under the direct supervision and control of Employer. |

(B3) |
| |
Administration group shall be provided by manpower.com.bd to provide supervision of the personnel at the job site including pay out services, liaisons, etc.

(B4) |
| |
manpower.com.bd will cooperate with Employer in enforcing labour conditions. which directly affect the performance of the job including but not limited to check in, check out procedures, job site regulations and clear-up etc. |

(B5) |
| |
manpower.com.bd will keep complete records showing in detail the name and class of all workers employed by it and the hours worked and wages paid to them in connection with the execution of this services agreement. Such records shall be available for inspection by Employer. |

(B6) |
| |
manpower.com.bd shall be responsible for monitoring discipline among its personnel and shall be answerable for all Bangladesh claim, cases, etc. |
 |
(B7) |
| |
manpower.com.bd shall indemnify Employer, against any demand, claim, lawsuit form Bangladesh employees with regard to their employments. |
 |
(B8) manpower.com.bd shall provide the "Follow Through" services listed below : |
| |
a) Act as Employer representative in Bangladesh in connection with the implementation for manpower service.
b) Render pay-out services in Bangladesh for its employees.
c) Provide liaison services with employee's beneficiaries or dependents |

(B9) |
| |
manpower.com.bd will be responsible for all Bangladesh employees to comply with the Bangladesh taxes and rules while it is responsibility of Employer that the employee comply with Local Laws. |

(B10) Term of Payment |
| |
a) All workers salary will be transfer in manpower.com.bd account in Dhaka for further distribution on monthly basis.
b) A monthly services fee of six percent (6%) of total basic payroll shall be paid to manpower.com.bd in Dhaka on monthly basis. The currency of payments shall be in U.S. dollars. |

(B11) |
| |
Food and camping management allowances will be agreed from time to time between Employer and manpower.com.bd. The cost will covers catering and house keeping services only. Camp equipment / Facilities, Utilities, Garbage disposal etc. are at Employer charge. |

(B12) |
| |
The workers wage rate proposal will be calculated in U.S. dollars for 208 hours / month. |
| |
(B13) The wage rates will inclusive of :
|
| |
- One way Air ticket cost Dhaka to designated Country.
- Personal Accident Insurance covering 24 hours for one year.
- 30 days annual leave.
- Medical test fee.
- Visa fee if Embassy of designated Country is available in the territory of Bangladesh.
- Mobilization cost.
- Airport tax fee. |
