HR Lead Associates Executive (Vacancy 01)
Job Context
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- The Lead Associates ( Under HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful Lead Associates acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role of assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the Lead Associates seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The position may include international human resource responsibilities. The Lead Associates maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.
Job Responsibilities
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE:
- Keep regular correspondence with corporate clients’ financial aspects according to the agreed ToR.
- Attend the corporate meeting on behalf of the company, acknowledge their requirements and fulfill the same after discussing with management.
- Contribute to the development of internal payroll system;
- Plan, set up and implementation of operational procedures and internal controls procedures for the company’s operation;
- Communicate with Head of HR regarding HR issues & planning;
- Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness;
- Review all financial records, systems, and control process of the group of companies as per accounting standards;
- Handle Project with different multinational companies to provide them recruitment & payroll services;
- Must have sound knowledge of BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard), BSA (Bangladesh Auditing Standard), Tax and VAT;
- Ability to work under accounting software environment and pressure;

- Should be efficient in HR, Admin, Payroll and capable to finding out of lacking in operation
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of hr consulting, Accounts/Financial/Audit/Payroll, ITeS or operations management experiences
- Accountancy partly qualified/ Course completed will get an added advantage
Additional Requirements
- Ability to understand the operational processes.
- Must be honest, empathetic, respectful, generous, inquisitive and pose can do attitude.
- Ensure compliance of various Company Policies and Govt. Rules.
- The ability of data analysis & sufficient evidence collection.
- Regular follow up team subordinate as per day to day operational assigned task.
- Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.
