This is a role for an HR entrepreneur who is a strong marketer, focusing on establishing Manpower Payroll Bangladesh Brand, reaching new partners and extending the Manpower Payroll Bangladesh brand to the masses. But as the HR Entrepreneur, you’ll also be responsible for operational excellence and maintaining ‘Manpower Payroll Bangladesh’ quality throughout the payroll vendor experience. P & L Management, and Partner support, local marketing, supply chain management, service quality management, social media, PR, People Management — all of these sit under the HR entrepreneur. The Lead Associates ( Under HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful Lead Associates acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the Lead Associates seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position may include international human resource responsibilities. The Lead Associates maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its mid range plans, its culture and its competition.
Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist
Administrative Duties and Record Keeping. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
