Human Resources Associate Manager (Vacancy 02)
Job Context
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with HR industry is also an advantage.
- Human resource assistants are the behind-the-scenes collaborators and colleagues whose main job responsibilities are focused on helping HR directors and managers accomplish HR-related tasks. Beyond administrative duties, however, HR assistants needs to be often involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
Job Responsibilities
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE:
- Administers payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Manages benefits program and vendor relationships. Assists employees with questions, issues and enrollment.
- Maintains a database of employee records as well as all active and inactive applications.
- Conducts initial screening interviews and contacts references to verify background.
- Conducts all new-hire orientations.
- Assists with the development of new-hire training material.
- Works directly with our third-party vendor to assist outsourcing employees with their inquiries.
- Coordinates flight, car and hotel arrangements for employees deployment.
- Contributes to ongoing recruiting efforts as needed.
- Mitigates employee relation issues while adhering to company, state laws and regulations.
- Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
- Continually works with department to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.

Skills Needed
- Working knowledge of HRIS or any related human resources software handling skills
Experience Requirements
- BA/BS in business, human resources, organizational leadership or related field is required
2 years experience in corporate HR
Additional Requirements
Highly proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
Superior attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Available for occasional travel to remote sites < 10%
Experience with any payroll software is preferred
